Parks you'll visit

Samburu National Reserve

Samburu National Reserve

Samburu is wild, dry country in northern Kenya, cut through by the Ewaso Ng'iro River, which draws wildlife from across the plains. Guests head out on game drives searching for the Samburu Special Five, rare northern animals found in few other parks in Kenya. Elephants gather along the riverbanks, and lions, leopards and cheetahs hunt in the open bush. It feels very different from Kenya's southern parks, with red earth, doum palms and big skies.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Ol Pejeta is one of Kenya's leading conservation areas, set on open plains with Mount Kenya on the horizon. It protects the largest black rhino population in East Africa, along with white rhinos, elephants, lions and buffaloes. Guests enjoy game drives across the conservancy and visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees. It is a rare chance to see conservation work up close and learn how rangers protect these animals.
